You will pick up from hotels in Siem Reap town area to Capitol Bus Station (boarding point) near Phsar Krum market. Getting to Phnom Penh around 6 hours - 7 hours ride, 2 stops between Siem Reap and Phnom Penh for restroom and for food (optional).
Arriving at Capitol Head Office in Phnom Penh then you will to the hotel (check in).
